Blue Moon Huskies Puppy Purchase Agreement

This agreement, made on ________, is between Blue Moon Huskies and (the “Buyer”) regarding the sale of a Siberian Husky puppy. Both parties agree to the terms outlined below.

3. Health and Genetic Testing

• The puppy’s parents have been fully health tested, and the puppy will be Embark-tested.
• Health Warranty: The Breeder offers a 2-year health warranty against genetic defects. In the event of a defect, the Breeder reserves the right to seek a second opinion from their own veterinarian before proceeding with any further action.

4. Ownership and Breeding Rights

• Pet-Only Sale: This puppy is sold as a pet only, with no breeding rights.

5. Deposit and Payment Terms

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to hold the puppy, which will be applied to the total price.
• Total Price: $3000, excluding shipping fees.
• Final Payment: Due when the puppy is 7 weeks old. Payments must be made by cash or Zelle.

6. Pickup and Shipping

• Pickup: Puppies are to be picked up at the Breeder’s location.
• Shipping: Shipping is not included in the purchase price. Any shipping arrangements and associated costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.

7. Return and Rehoming Policy

• If the Buyer can no longer care for the puppy, it must be returned to Blue Moon Huskies unless otherwise approved in writing by the Breeder.

8. Spay/Neuter Requirement

• Buyer agrees to have the puppy spayed or neutered by the age of 2 years.

9. Care and Maintenance

• The Buyer agrees to provide appropriate care, veterinary checkups, vaccinations, and a safe living environment for the puppy. Failure to do so may void the health warranty.

10. Liability Waiver

• The Breeder is not liable for any injuries, behavioral issues, or health problems that occur after the puppy leaves the Breeder’s premises, except for the health warranty stated.
